Quartier Blaschko
Berlin, Germany
2026–
A new residential neighborhood in Berlin-Neukölln, bringing together existing green structures and new spaces for living, meeting and play.
The design transforms the site into a connected sequence of gardens, meadows, courtyards and planted thresholds, each with its own character and use.
Existing mature trees form the backbone of the neighborhood, complemented by climate-resilient planting, biodiverse meadows, green roofs and vertical vegetation. Permeable surfaces and planted areas integrate rainwater into the design while creating cooler, more comfortable outdoor spaces.
A green neighborhood for everyday life, connecting people, habitat and climate adaptation.
