A new garden in the heart of Berlin, transforming the existing courtyard into a layered landscape of movement, lightness and seasonal change.
Existing ginkgo trees form the framework, while flowing planting areas create a softer, more immersive space within the city.

The planting unfolds in layers of different heights and densities: calm and low along the edges, diverse and abundant within, and punctuated by taller vegetation. Openings through the planting preserve views and create changing perspectives across the courtyard.
A long-lasting garden designed to grow into its character over time.
